While Florida does not require gun registration when doing a private sale of firearms, we will be more than happy to assist you with a bill of sale. We will do a background check on the receiving party, run the firearm to ensure it has not been reported stolen and provide a bill of sale as well as provide both parties with a notarized copy. Our fee for this is $30 cash which will be due before the background check is done.
